WEST FORSYTH — The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a 27-year-old Cumming man who was killed in a single-vehicle wreck Monday morning on Bentley Road. Alexander Robert Hunt lost control of an eastbound 1997 Plymouth Breeze in a curve on Bentley about 9 a.m., according to Mike Nelson, a traffic investigator with the sheriff’s office. The vehicle returned to the road before crossing over it and striking a tree just east of the Fox Creek subdivision in west Forsyth. According to Nelson, speed appears to have been a factor in the wreck, which remains under investigation. The road was closed until about 11 a.m. while authorities cleared the scene.
