South Forsyth 56, Alpharetta 36 ALPHARETTA – Sarah Myers had 17 points and the Lady War Eagles cruised to a Region 6-AAAAAA victory Tuesday on the road. Ally Welch added eight points for South (5-0, 2-0) who had nine players in all score. South pulled in the second and third quarters, outscoring Alpharetta 32-10 over that span. West Forsyth 55, Habersham Central 44 Jenna Staiti had 25 points as the Lady Wolverines got a Region 6-AAAAAA win Tuesday at home. Six other West (3-1, 2-0) players scored: Jane Ortlip (seven), Hayla Seitz (six), Carsen Parker (five), Abby Quincy (four), Conner Parker (four) and Jasmine Rodriguez (two). Riverwood outscored Central (2-2, 0-1) 19-2 in the first quarter and never looked back. Kohl Roberts had 18 points to lead Riverwood, while Jordan Renfro added 14. Horizon Christian 63, Unity Christian 53 ROME – Michael Walker had 12 points and eight rebounds as the Warriors cruised to a victory Tuesday on the road. Josiah Laws added 11 points, six rebounds, four assists, three steals and three blocks for Horizon (4-2).
