The Forsyth County Grand Jury handed down in indictments in several cases involving drug charges this week.Among those, five young adults were indicted on four counts each of drug possession and an additional four for possession with intent to distribute.The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office labeled the group a “mid-level drug distribution operation” following their arrests in July at a town home they shared in Summit Crossing Apartments.The defendants include: Noah Paul Spicer, 21; Alex Robichaux, 20; Evan Michael Snider, 21; Kara Lane Buffington, 19; and Joshua Taylor Bell, 20.All five are charged with intent to distribute methylone, MDMA, LSD and marijuana, as well as possession of marijuana, ketamine, 4-chloro-2, 5-dimethoxyamphetamine and dimethyltryptamine.Spicer was also charged with one count of possession of diazepam.Several of the substances were unable to be identified July 16 at the home on Ivy Summit Court.Tips from residents led to the investigation and subsequent arrests, according to law enforcement. Also indicted this week were:• Robert Wesley Williams, 52, of Cumming, for one count each of trafficking in marijuana and manufacture of marijuana. Williams was arrested Feb. 4 after a tip led investigators to find about 30 pounds of suspected marijuana plants growing at his home on Canon Bay Drive in east Forsyth.• Enamul Haque, 53, of Lawrenceville, for one count each of possession of synthetic marijuana and one for possession with intent to distribute.Haque was arrested in April at the Save Money Food Mart, 3671 Hutchinson Road, where investigators seized more than 40 bags of spice, or synthetic marijuana, from the ceiling at the store and $2,100 in cash.• Raymond Allen Summers, 19, of Canton, for one count each of armed robbery and aggravated assault. Summers is accused of robbing a Cumming smoke shop on Feb. 26, during which he reportedly asked the clerk to “give me the spice or the money.”• Stephen Trent Bolton, 21, of Cumming, for three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated battery and one count of first degree cruelty to children. Bolton was arrested March 17 after he reportedly stabbed his 17-year-old cousin repeatedly with a kitchen knife at a Picklesimer Road home.The indictment states that her injuries were serious and the assault was made “with intent to murder.”
